Firstly, it was an information session including cultural values and company structure. Next, it was a case group assessment together with 3-4 other candidates. Lastly a personal experience interview was conducted, all in the same day.

it was a time consuming and difficult process and there were a lot of questions for a 5 day internship and there was a lot of competition in general but it was overall a doable process

I initially applied online through their website. I filled out a form and submitted my resume or CV. Following that, I had an interview via Zoom, where I was also required to complete and send a case study to the interviewers.
