FIrst they conducted a test in amcat and shortlisted some of the students.There are three rounds of interview.First one being HR and second third interviews are technical.Second round of interview was skype interview while the third one was telephonic conversation

What is one thing that people around you say you to change?
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.
The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
