The hiring process took around 2 months to be completed ranging from HR rounds of discussion to technical rounds. After i cleared all the rounds of discussion and had a verbal offer being discussed, they send me a Versant English test with some very unrealistic cut offs! Highly unprofessional. Offer should not be discussed until the completion of all rounds of interviews/tests!

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
