Entrevista
Final Stage Assessment only consisted of interview and a group exercise for me. Some other roles had to do a presentation as well.
Group exercise was about 30 min in total. They choose a topic which everyone can understand and have a discussion on.
Interview is about an hour and mainly focuses on when you demonstrated certain skills
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
