First Round: 30 min behavioral- standard questions... why Deloitte, why tech consulting, when you solved a problem, when did you lead a team, past experiences and how they relate to the job 30 min technical- went through mini case with 5 structured questions. Would definitely recommend using the Deloitte Case Prep tool, the case structure was nearly identical. Second Round: Technical case and presentation- given a 15 min video and then asked to choose between two prompts. Create a presentation based on chosen prompt and given 30-40 min to build. Eventually present it to PPMD and answer any questions based on your presentation. Will get back within two weeks on final decision.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
