I went through on campus recruiting through my university. I applied initially through the school and before applications were due, we had office hours available to have a one-on-one conversation with the recruiter. After, we had interview slots to sign up for
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
