select for first round interview (30 minutes mini-case, 30 minute behavioral interview)
second round (1 hour case)
behavioral questions: why consulting, why deloitte, leadership experience, dealing with problems, walk me through your resume
case questions: math based, interviewer led healthcare related questions (simple %, multiplication)
concerned with structure, MECE thinking, hitting on major issues in healthcare

Two rounds in one day, back to back. 30 minute case interview and 12 minute behavioral in each round. The final case includes a recommendation to a partner with "slides" drawn on paper.

Multiple rounds of informational interviews, Behavioral interviews, and case interviews. All with different employees interviewing on the same day. The process was very structured and the decision making process moved quickly.

2nd round: 2 behavioral from upper management
Case is straight forward, minimal math, interviewer led
Behavioral: time you worked on a team, dealt with a problem, etc
