Hiring is relatively easy if applying for internship positions but for graduate engineer trainee things are relatively difficult. One must work on good communication skills and quatative aptitude. Good fundamentals of engineering and detailed experiences about projects done is a must.
i would say that you have to prepare your data structure algorithms well cuz those are the most frequent questions asked that is it all the best good luck on the interview

Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
