I interviewed for a spring audit internship. Candidates were invited to a pre-night event. During both the pre-night and interview, Deloitte employees acted unenthusiastic. They were not trying to sell their firm, and they were more interested in what you knew about the firm than what you could offer.

Il colloquio si compone di tre step:
1. chiamata da parte del team HR che ti spiega il processo e ti chiede di raccontarti
2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
Basically the whole thing was a vibe check to see if you're an alright person. jsut answer honestly and you will do fine. Also they may ask for OT hours
