Entrevista
The hiring was through the campus recruitment process. The selection is fairly streamlined.
There is an aptitude test consisting of three sections: Quantitative aptitude, Verbal and Logical Reasoning.
The test is followed by GD and case presentation. The case is a general technical strategy or implementation problem. The focus is on analyzing how you interact in a group and take the discussion forward. Team skills are tested.
The last stage is a personal interview. Mostly includes the standard HR questions. The idea is to be coherent and confident with what you're saying. Make sure you can talk about anything you put on your resume.

Entrevista
I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
