I was reached out to via email to conduct two, 30-minute interviews with two different current employees. These interviews were split up, one being technical and the second interview covering more standard behavioral questions. After completing both of the interviews back-to-back I received a phone-call about a week later and was told I got the job offer. Shortly after the phone-call an email confirmation followed suit.
