First we had an online test.2nd round was GD.3rd was HR interview.
online test was of 3 parts.English, General aptitude and logical reasoning. GD was a bit competitive.The topic was impact of Technology on future of HR.I didn't prepare well for GD so i couldn't clear it :(

I have given interview at Deloitte. And they are simply wasting the time of the candidates. These people get the interview scheduled by consultancies. I would like to share my very bad experience..
when I reached there for interview , nobody came to attend and made me wait for long time. One Recruiter took my CV . After that he didn't come to show his face for 2 hrs. I am really disappointed . After 2 hrs they took my basic general introduction kind of round . After that one more recruiter came with name Astha . She was so unprofessional , she asked me to wait again stating that she wants to go for lunch.. I again waited for 1:30 hrs. When she came back , she started making excuses that rooms are not free to take the interview. Why should a candidate be bothered if there rooms are occupied . I mean why do they waste money and time of others if they are unable to spare time for interview and arrange a room.. I asked her to take the interview when I got frustrated and my head started aching , she came , and took 2 mins round and asked me to leave saying that I will have to come for two more days for the interview.
I am highly disappointed with their attitude and their skill of wasting others time.. I went for interview at 11 and left from there at 5:30 , and they took my 5 mins interview only.. I regretted going there .
I really feel pity for this type of work environment in our country . And people have hell lot of patience to tolerate all this and no one has courage to raise the voice for this.. Such type of big mnc's have this type of lazy staff. And the manager / higher authority is not at all bothered .
First learn to value time and money . If not your time is important, others is very important.
Their management should teach all this to these so called recruiters who are good for nothing else then laziness.
If you don't have the time to attend a candidate , atleast don't call them on name of interviews.
Advice to the management :
I am writing this review so that you will get to know what your Recruitment staff is doing of which you might not be aware. I will never recommend this company to anyone. On name of MNC you are doing injustice with someone's money and time. If you don't have the time to attend a candidate , atleast don't call them on name of interviews.

Versant communication test and Belit test followed by technical rounds with the Leads. The interview process varies from role to role. For any IT position they may also have an aptitude test for the skill.
