Very lathergic, like a govt company. The HR people create unnecessary hurdles even when the line managers dont have issues with the candidate. Some of the recruiters are nice but most have stupid attitude.

The technical round was a bit tough. They directly started with finance concepts. Then what's happening in India, majorly the adverse side. The interviewer was also explaining the concepts. But he didn't ask anything from my resume or about the role.

Entrevista
The interview was comprehensive and case-study based. I was being interviewed for the role of a senior executive in their transfer pricing department. The case interview took the lion's share of time, followed by some other generic questions around my specialisation in economics and how I would approach various topics like the growth of IT sector in India if asked to write on it, followed by fit interview which was easy because Deloitte has always been my first choice which made both me and my interest to join them an easy sell.
Interview session was super smooth and fruitful. The HR personnel was very helpful and attentive. While the panel, which is a Director is kind, humble and easy to communicate with. She acknowledged my qualifications and capabilities, and also share thoughts and ideas on what can I learn and do in future to further expand my career.
