The HR recruiter reached out to schedule an initial phone screen. The availability I provided her had to change since she took 2 days to get back to me. I immediately informed of the desire to reschedule due to a meeting conflict I couldn't shift. No response. Followed-up again the next day, she said she'll reschedule. No response. Followed up one more time, never heard back from her. This gave me a bad taste for Deloitte. All employees represent the company image, the HR recruiter did a poor job.
The hiring process started with an initial screening call from HR, where they explained the role and scheduled the interview rounds.
The interview process consists of three stages:
First Round – Technical Interview: Focused on Scrum practices, Agile methodologies, and practical experience as a Scrum Master.
Second Round – Managerial Interview: Discussion around leadership, stakeholder management, team collaboration, and delivery management.
Third Round – HR Round: Final discussion covering culture fit, compensation, and other HR formalities.
Although the position is titled Scrum Master, the organization expects the candidate to also handle certain Project Manager responsibilities, including delivery ownership, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.

The process was smooth,but the interviewer just didn't look interested in taking the interview. Was trying to argue every answer. At the end when i asked about the products and framework they work on her reply was did you not check jd. I mean I can give the same reply without the interview and say look at my cv. Worst experience and thing is the interview questions were not tough. The problem was with the interviewer.

Initial screening with a recruiter followed by an interview and presentation with people the successful candidate would have been working with. I was given a timeframe for next steps, but was ghosted afterwards.
