Entrevista
I applied online via the Deloitte website.The process involved 5 steps happening at different days. It took about 3 weeks.
1. Online resume screening
2. 10 minutes video interview
3. Assessment day ( which involves working in teams, playing games and solving problems together + 30 minutes individual interviews)
4. Psychometric test
5. Offer
There are online assessments (Behavioural skills, Numerical reasoning, Verbal reasoning) which helped you to get a grasp of what to expect from Deloitte themselves. Feedbacks are given out typically a few days afterwards.
Virtual assessment centre and then in person interview. In person interview was majority behavioural questions, great experience to chat with the team and opportunity to ask lots of questions at the end.
There was an initial application process followed by a situational judgement and numerical reasoning test, rolled into one. Upon passing there is a Job simulation. All of which is very standard.
