I submitted my resume to their site directly and then a recruiter reached out and scheduled an hour long initial phone call. I enjoyed talking with the recruiter as he really knew the type of candidate that would align well within the firm. The external recruiter transferred me to an internal recruiter and she was nice as well. I felt like they prepared you as well as they could for the 3 1-1 interviews. I arrived on the interview day and my first 30 minute interview was a mess. The guy thAt was reading the case study didn’t even seem like he was the least bit interested in spending 30 minutes going over a case study. He had no personality whatsoever and was talking to another one of his coworkers which cut my 30 minute case interview down to just over 20 minutes. I thought the question was easy, but he didn’t seem to think I was going about it the right way. My next 30 minute interview went well and I thought I did great. They didn’t have me do the 3 interview because they didn’t have someone that was going to be there at that time so they said that they would have me do it over the phone the following week. Unfortunately they didn’t even award me the opportunity of completing the 3rd interview and said that I wasn’t what they were looking for. All in all, it was a great opportunity, but I think it’s all about the senior employee who interviews you to have a fair shot at actually getting a job there.
