On-campus recruiting to get the interview. Applied on campus career site. Interviews consisted of two rounds, both mirroring the same structure (one behavioral and one case per round). Basic behavioral questions, try to tailor responses to consulting and Deloitte's culture. Interviews happened on back to back days (First and second round). Heard back a two weeks later.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
