Unstructured,my interviews started from May 2018 and continued till July 2018. The consultant representing me had to follow up like crazy but never got the responses on time. I had two rounds of skype interviews and a Case Study which was given to me the day I landed in Australia and without even a day's notice as the partner interviewing had to go on leave for two weeks. I was interviewed in July 10 after which I had to do multiple follow ups to get the feedback.I was finally told that I had qualified and was asked to provide professional references. While I was waiting for my offer, to my shock, the recruiter called me after a week to let me know that Deloitte is not proceeding with me.
This is when I have recently migrated to Australia. Highly unprofessional attitude towards the candidates time and effort.
it a very long and lengthy process, which involves meeting multiple people at various levels. the consulting and customer centric behavior is what they look for. recruiter first, then manager, then senior manager and principal
The interview process was average big4 interview with general questions about yourself and experiences, which took about 30 - 40mins. Interviewer was professional and I had a neutral experience about the interview
L’entretien s’est déroulé dans un cadre professionnel et bienveillant. Les échanges étaient fluides et respectueux, avec un réel dialogue. Les recruteurs étaient à l’écoute et ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions. Les informations sont bien partagé. Un retour m’a été donné après l’entretien, avec une explication claire des étapes suivantes.
