First interview is with a recruiter who just wants to know your past work experience, communication skills and determine if you are a good candidate. My recruiter was super nice and if you connect with the recruiter they will really go to bat for you when the partners determine you candidacy.
Next interview is with an actual employee in your potential office who is trying to see your excel skills and knowledge of the job. They also give information on the job.
If you pass those you are invited to the office for three interviews. One of them is a series of mini case studies that just want to see your logical thinking of how you would resolve the issue. The interviewer gives you hints. I think it is mostly about communication as well as excel skills and organization of thoughts. The second interview is more a fit interview. The third is more of a friendly/fit/ask questions.
The interview process was not as stressful as some I have been in. Make sure you have a personality, and can communicate your past experience as well as what you will be doing if offered the job and you shouldn't have a problem.
interview was good but was not aware that they were going to make me do a live excel test after asking some questions, the questions were easy and the excel test wasnt bad just was surprised by it and not being able to use all available ressources

I applied on August 8th, 2018 for the project controller role. A recruiter contacted me on September 18th, 2018 to schedule a brief phone screen. The phone screen consisted of the recruiter asking basic questions about my background and experience with financial systems and excel. During the call I was told that I would hear from another recruiter that works along side this recruiter. I didn't hear back after two weeks so I followed up and the other recruiter passed my information on to the team which lead to scheduling three interviews with managers. The interviews were scheduled about a week later. I had three 30 minute interviews with two senior managers and a manager from Deloitte. The first interviewer asked behavioral/ technical questions. The second interviewer asked technical questions focusing on my excel skills, and the last interviewer asked a combination of technical/behavioral questions.

I registered Deloitte from campus placement and then we had a written test and after few days we got a mail of shortlist students and after that there was a personal interview in our college
