It was a long process but a positive experience. First I submitted my CV online. Very quickly I received a call from a lovely lady and had an informal chat about my experience, expectations and a little bit about the job. She gave me good tips on how to do well at my interview. Then I was invited to do some online tests. They were not easy but not super hard. I didn't get all of the questions done and focused on my accuracy instead. A few days later I was invited to attend the assessment centre. I had to do some tests that assessed my attention to details, an intelligence test and 2 interviews. I felt like they really cared about their candidates and wanted to make them feel comfortable.
