The interview was not stressful at all. I fit in very well with the people I interviewed and talked to. Before my office- interview, I was invited to a weekend spa in Galveston, TX which was amazing, I met a lot of people there and got a lot of good input to prepare me for the interview. I think the interview process was not stressful and that it was very well outlined. It really is an opportunity for the interviewee to judge you on your personality. they already studied your resume, so obviously they liked it. so my best advice is for the person interviewing for the position to just be themselves :)
