Very Friendly environment. The interview had two parts: behavioral and case done each by separate person. The case was more interviewer driven in Q&A style. In the case, he asked some behavioral as well like why Deloitte? why scmo?
I have not got the results yet, so just selected no for the outcome of the interview.

- How did you reach to this (number) amount of contribution to your company's profitability?
Two rounds in one day, back to back. 30 minute case interview and 12 minute behavioral in each round. The final case includes a recommendation to a partner with "slides" drawn on paper.
