Headhunted by experienced recruiter, nice friendly and professional approach, fast process, clear structure - recruiter pre-screening, hiring manager interview, partner interview, job offer, good level of candidate care during whole process, with hiring manager in contact also during my pre-boarding phase, I was invited for team-coffee and team-meeting before Day1.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
