One of the worst interview process ever seen in my career. For around 50 candidates only 2 people were assigned as so called panel. 4 hours we waited to initiate the first round itself. Candidates loose their focus and interest waiting. We were called at 10:30 AM and till 2:30 PM no one even bothered to check candidates and ask them to go for lunch break or offer some food. The interviewer was still the worst case. His accent was so vague and difficult such that half of time went trying to understand what he was trying to ask. Don't bother to even try your interview at Deloitte near Yemlur, Bangalore. The interviewer was not even interested to listen to our answers. All bookish and predefined questions some of them I have listed below. Like define abstract class, interface ? List down difference between comparable and comparator. Which classes they belong ? List the methods in String class ? Do I need to memorize all these like school days ? Even after telling him exact purpose of each the interviewer wanted book kind of definition. Can you imagine ? Deloitte Employee !! He was sitting with Laptop presumably with downloaded predefined questions from google. What a Joke !
