Applied through campus applications. The interview was broken into two part, one interview was conversational, and the other was behavioral. The behavioral interview was only three questions and the rest was just conversational.

What was a time you had to consult with one or more other individuals before making an important decision?
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end

Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
