Written Test followed by JAM session and Personal Interview.
Firstly an adaptive test was conducted by AMCAT, 60 out of 450 got shortlisted.
The JAM session had common topics like your favorite moment in school, favorite movie or character, public speaking etc.
The personal interview was CV based and the interviewer was really polite.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
