After the screening, a numerical and verbal test must be completed. These are standard tests and were easier than the tests used by KPMG. It is advised to practice for the tests in advance. PKF and Deoitte use the same test provider. After passing the numerical and verbal tests you are invited for a competency-based interview with a manager. This is a very tough and thorough interview and for each question you need to give 2 examples. After that interview you are invited to the assessment centre which lasts 1 entire day. You have another competency-based interview, need to prepare a case study, you have 2 interviews with managers to whom you need to explain your findings from the case study. You are invited for lunch, meet members of the department and have an interview with the partner.

Explain a situation where you disapproved with someone's idea and how did you manage to get your idea across.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
