I got an interview through an employee referral/networking. My resume was forwarded to the HR Manager and then onto the applicable senior Manager, who then gave me a call. He conducted a 10 minute phone interview (very casual) asking me about myself.
A few days later, I got invited to a 1:1 interview. And a week later I got offered the job!

First round is online round (AMCAT based) followed by GD in which a case study is given. The final round is the interview round where they ask mostly HR questions and some basic technical questions. Prepare your resume well.

No case interviews. All behavioral questions. first round-phone interviews, second round-on-site interviews. One candidate talks to two interviewers-one PPD, one manager. Other consultants were assisting the whole process. Also provided opportunities to talk to other candidates.
