Psychometric test followed by HR Interview and then a group discussion day event followed by a Senior Manager and Partner interview. It is a straight forward process but takes a lot of time and requires to consistently perform well. Do your background research well on the topic and be prepared for questions related to what you are applying for. Speaking to people working in the organisation around the field you are applying to certainly helps.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
