Na je CV te hebben doorgestuurd, moet je eerst een business case voorbereiden waarbij je vooral heel creatief en probleem-oplossend moet zijn. Vervolgens wordt je opgebeld voor verdere interviews met de HR manager en de manager van de afdeling waarvoor je solliciteert. Indien deze ook goed verlopen, wordt je opnieuw opgebeld en is ben je hoogst waarschijnlijk binnen.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
