Entrevista
1. First we have amcat test, then less then half of students were selected for next rounds.
2. Next round is case study and gd. A case related to one of the company's previous case is given and we have to discuss and answer 3 question on the basis of the case.
3. HR+Technical interview
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
