There are 4 stages in total. First is the CV screening, then the Online Assessment, then the Manager Interview and finally the Partner Interview. The online assessment is typical SHL style assessment, with numerical and verbal reasoning. The Manager Interview focuses on your CV, asking about your internship, project and technical experience. The Partner Interview is a bit on the technical and behavioural side.
