Entrevista
A round of three interviews scheduled across two back-to-back days - one each of technical, behavioral, and principal interviews. The first two focused on particular aspects of the job where interviewers expanded on applicant experiences and skills, in addition to cultural fit and mindset. The final interview was with a principal/partner that further expanded on these points and on larger career focus and aspirations.

Pregunta 1
Among other questions, they inquired on mentality and approach to various items central to the role - i.e., growing one’s knowledge base, managing client relationships and inter/intra-team relations, identifying solutions, finding oneself in a new or unique problem and how to resolve it, etc.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back

3 rounds were held ,the first round was focused towards what was there in the resume, mostly from the current role and then there were few random guesstimates
Round 2 and round 3 were case studies mostly
El proceso constó de Varias fases. Primera con RRHH solo sobre tu CV. Segunda fase con un socio, en mi caso me hicieron preguntas personales, pero es posible que te hagan preguntas sobre contabilidad.
