The interview process was quite clear, it included first a recorded video interview, tests, and the final interview. For the final interview, I needed to make a presentation and during the interview they asked very specific questions related to consulting and I had to do a small case task in the end.

El proceso es sencillo. Inicia con una entrevista por teléfono con personal de talento de la empresa. Después te asignan 3 entrevistas con 3 directores de Estados Unidos. Si tienes buen desempeño te extenderán una oferta formal. El proceso dura aproximadamente un mes.

¿En que proyectos relevantes trabajaste durante tu tiempo en la universidad y como contribuías al equipo para tener un resultado exitoso?
1 screening interview with general questions, 1 CV interview, and 1 case study interview. All done virtually and nothing very unexpected. The case study was the most challenging as it was different to other case studies done previously.
