      Director-level roles at Deloitte typically have a structured, multi-round process focused on leadership, client impact, and cultural fit. ​ Overview 5–7 total interviews over about 4–6 weeks. ​ Mix of virtual and in‑person discussions with HR, senior managers/directors, and partners. ​ Typical stages Initial HR screen: 30–45 minutes on background, fit, and compensation expectations. ​ Hiring manager interview: 45–60 minutes on leadership track record, major projects, and role fit. ​ Technical / case round: 1–2 sessions testing problem‑solving, delivery experience, and how you communicate with executives. ​ Behavioral / team-fit: 1–2 interviews focused on people leadership, collaboration, and handling ambiguity and conflict. ​ Partner round: Final conversation on strategic thinking, business development, and long‑term impact in the practice. ​ What they mainly test Leadership: Building and leading high-performing teams, managing senior stakeholders. ​ Commercial impact: Growing accounts, shaping opportunities, managing profitability. ​ Culture fit: Alignment with Deloitte values and collaborative working style
