The interview process usually starts with a group case interview, followed by a partner interview. The partner interview is primarily behavioral in nature, with no technical questions involved, and typically lasts around 20–30 minutes. Overall, the interview process is not particularly difficult and focuses more on assessing communication skills, teamwork, and cultural fit rather than technical expertise.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.
