My experience with Deloitte’s hiring process was disappointing. I reached the final round once but only got an automated rejection without feedback. When I reapplied, the HR called while I was unavailable — my brother picked up — and when I called back, she said it was a wrong number. Soon after, my application was rejected for “not aligning skills,” even though it was for the same role I’d previously cleared till the final round. Very unprofessional and confusing experience. The entire process felt careless and disrespectful toward candidates’ time and effort.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
