Entrevista
The interview process consist in basically 3 stages.
The first stage consist on a live technical assessment sharing screen, solving an easy to mid-level problem from leetcode.
The second stage is a take home project, which you have around one week to complete, but should not take you more than 4-5 hours from their recommendation.
The third stage consist on 3 interviews, again a technical assessment to solve a mid-level problem from leetcode and iterate through it getting a bit more complex on each iteration, a system design interview and the last one is an interview with the hiring manager to dig into your technical background.
During the whole process the team was super supportive and friendly, making you feel as you're already part of the company.
The recruiting team does an amazing job coordinating the interviews as quick as possible and always are willing to answer any question you could have.
Also, the technical team does not try to bring you down, but to collaborate with you during the whole interview and this is something really nice, as you're not on your own on almost any company out there and you're not even in the interview.

- Screening (discussion with the recruiter to ensure there is a match)
- First round : coding interview
- Second round : coding interview, system design, project & values (presentation of a project I worked on and where I had a major impact, followed by behavioural questions)
- Team match (team managers present their teams and projects and you choose the one you prefer)

I really appreciated the care from the recruiting team during this interview process. The recruiter made sure to check in at each step and provide feedback (which is rare to receive in this industry). I was also very impressed by the kindness of all of my interviewers and their willingness to answer all of my questions.

Entrevista
Le premier entretien RH se focalise sur l'experience, les motivations, le fit avec l'offre. S'en suivent deux entretiens de coding (test d'algorithmique style leetcode). Suite à ça, un entretien de system design, dont l'objectif est de tester les capacités à concevoir l'architecture technique pour répondre à un problème vague donné en début d'entretien. Puis enfin un entretien sur l'expériences et les valeurs (discussion technique sur un projet + questions comportementales). Le process est clair, le talent acquisition manager m'a donné des conseils tout au long du process pour bien préparer les entretiens.
