This was a 30-minute phone interview. The interviewer told me about himself and a little more about the position that I was applying for. I was also given time to talk about myself, experiences, and former jobs Id had.

First step was a quick phone call with a recruiter, second step was Intern Day. Intern Day you were asked to present a quick presentation about yourself. Short one on one interviews happened after.

Interview process was only 2 steps: a virtual behavioral interview with a dhl manager, and then the intern day, which is either in person or virtual depending on your region.

Asynchronous online interview followed by a group interview day that consisted of 12 candidates giving 3 minute presentations to regional team members. After presentations, we broke out into 2 on 1 interviews.
