I would say this was an odd interview experience. I was not asked many questions relevant to the role and the interviews felt more like casual chats about the job and company than checking for qualifications.
The first interview was 3 hours long, interviewing 1 on 1 with 6 different people in one day (on site). This began with having to write an essay on any topic you choose with 15 minutes to do so. After this, the interviewers were welcoming and easy to talk to. I was mostly asked about why I want the job and asked about things listed on my resume.
For the second round, you interview with senior management (CEO, and other directors like HR and Software). These were very bland interactions, and though it may just be me, it felt hard to make any meaningful connections with the interviewers. The HR director was pretty personal with questions such as does your current employer know you are here, would they be surprised if you left, why are you not trying to move up in your current company, what are your salary expectations, etc. I also was taken on a tour in the second interview, in which the place felt pretty dreary.
Overall, the interviewers were pleasant but the interviews felt more like vibe checks than checking for potential in the role. (Side note: Not confident in this, but was told the salary I asked for was acceptable. Then later heard the seniors do not even make this salary. Another review also confirms they offered them a very low salary.)

One 30 minute phone screen followed by two 3 hour in person interviews which each consisted of 5-6 individual interviews back to back. Recruiter and team were all very welcoming. They definitely don't train people on how to interview -- one potential manager opened our conversation by asking me to rate how much I wanted the job on a scale of 1-10.
They seemed surprised when I asked to meet someone from my demographic (all 10ish interviewers were white dudes in their 50s who had been with the company several decades) but did find someone near the end of the second interview, who was not expecting to sit in on an interview but was very friendly and open about her experience. She told me that they were surprised when she asked to meet a woman while she was interviewing, too. I also met the CEO.
I received an offer on the spot at the end of the second interview, but the salary was well below market rate and I found the benefits package quite weak. The recruiter did his best to provide me with all the information I wanted/needed about the position but otherwise the company was unwilling to negotiate.
