One 30 minute phone screen followed by two 3 hour in person interviews which each consisted of 5-6 individual interviews back to back. Recruiter and team were all very welcoming. They definitely don't train people on how to interview -- one potential manager opened our conversation by asking me to rate how much I wanted the job on a scale of 1-10.
They seemed surprised when I asked to meet someone from my demographic (all 10ish interviewers were white dudes in their 50s who had been with the company several decades) but did find someone near the end of the second interview, who was not expecting to sit in on an interview but was very friendly and open about her experience. She told me that they were surprised when she asked to meet a woman while she was interviewing, too. I also met the CEO.
I received an offer on the spot at the end of the second interview, but the salary was well below market rate and I found the benefits package quite weak. The recruiter did his best to provide me with all the information I wanted/needed about the position but otherwise the company was unwilling to negotiate.
