Phone Screen. 30 min call with Manager 3x onsite interviews with other Managers 1x video call with manager in US 1x video call with a director in US No tests, although one manager asked me to teach them something in 3 mins using a whiteboard. Personally I loved every minute of it! The recruiters were amazing and the managers were great! Most important thing is to have a genuine passion for crypto/blockchain and have used Coinbase to some degree and be passionate about their mission and the Bitcoin mission as they're linked. If you don't know anything about crypto or bitcoin or have never used a crypto exchange then you most likely won't get an offer, that being said crypto enthusiasts are rare in Dublin, so if you have the knowledge under your belt you will have a distinct advantage!

I was referred for this position by a friend that works internally. I had an initial phone interview and they mentioned it would be passed to the hiring manager for a second interview. Never was called or emailed. Totally ghosted. Super unprofessional and more so upsetting for the current employee that was embarrassed by the lack of follow through. To me it shows lack of respect for employees to not follow through on referred candidates they choose to interview. That’s all.
