The interview process was pretty accelerated and they waste no time hiring.
The initial interview is a phone screening with your standard questions; why are you looking to leave, why do you want to work here, etc.
The next interview you will sit with a series of interviewers. Someone from HR, Director of IT, production manager, and maybe a sys admin.
You'll be asked they run of the mill personality questions to gauge who you are and some technical questions to make sure you know what you put on your resume.
They'll take you on a tour.
