Invited to a video/phone interview a few days after applying. Offered 2nd in person interview at the end. 2nd in person interview was scheduled a few days later. Next day got the call for a job offer. Interview process was very smooth and relaxed with a lot of detailed information about the job role. One if the best interview experiences I have ever had.

How would your describe your prior work relationship with you managers?

Entrevista
It was a 3 stage process. Very intense but straight forward. You will meet HR, DM Manager and the VP. You need to know all your terms, phases and therapeutic areas. You also need to know all DM activities from start up all the way to Database lock.

Entrevista
First a brief HR call, then interviews with various managers then in person. There were weeks in between calls with various managers and rather disorganized. Did not get to speak with peer DMs much.
