It was a 3 stage process. Very intense but straight forward. You will meet HR, DM Manager and the VP. You need to know all your terms, phases and therapeutic areas. You also need to know all DM activities from start up all the way to Database lock.

Invited to a video/phone interview a few days after applying. Offered 2nd in person interview at the end. 2nd in person interview was scheduled a few days later. Next day got the call for a job offer. Interview process was very smooth and relaxed with a lot of detailed information about the job role. One if the best interview experiences I have ever had.
