Entrevista
Group interview on the first day, another group activity on the second day then one on one interview. There's reach test and language assessment and also english test. The group interview was easy they just ask a question for the whole group to discuss and present an answer to the interviewer.

6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
