The interview was quick and straightforward. Met with interviewer who described job requirements and expectations. He detailed possibilities for improvement in the current website, and also potential growth in this role.

I interviewed by my PI. I waited for a long time(2weeks) for him to schedule an interview for me. It was relatively easy. He asked about my background and experience on PCB design, simple engineering/math questions. He mostly talked about the project I would be involved in and ask if I would be interested. I was referred by a professor so I guess that's why it's so east interview.
