Straightforward if you did your homework. Need to know a fair bit about the airline and not just waffle with answers such as it being our national carrier. Need to give example of how you had coped in a stressful situation

3. Assessment Day - Basically they introduce the company (salary,schedule,etc) Group interaction, multiple questions
