Phone that was very straight forward. After that I got asked to do an in person interview interview in their OKC office. It was very chill, just one on one with the HR manager, no challenging questions, and every one was really nice.

None. Spoke in person and hit it off with the recruiter. Got a call back a couple days later expressing their interest. Then we discussed previous experience and the job role.
The interview was conducted by 3 upper managers. It lasted for about 30 minutes be sure to provide as many examples as possible. Keep in mind that in order and be successful in this job you must be a quick learner.

Got called from HR. Very quick and friendly. Hassle free. Very open to answering questions. Overall they are very professional and courteous. You can feel free to call and ask any questions or try to negotiate.
