None. Spoke in person and hit it off with the recruiter. Got a call back a couple days later expressing their interest. Then we discussed previous experience and the job role.
The interview was conducted by 3 upper managers. It lasted for about 30 minutes be sure to provide as many examples as possible. Keep in mind that in order and be successful in this job you must be a quick learner.
